My love for baking began in my grandfather’s kitchen
He was a remarkably skilled baker from the charming city of Vienna, Austria, and I vividly remember standing beside him, completely captivated by the way he meticulously transformed simple, everyday ingredients into something truly magical and extraordinarily delightful, creating masterpieces that danced with flavor and texture.
I love experimenting in the kitchen
Finding ways to create foods that are not only delicious but also support a healthy lifestyle. This passion led me to create my own vegan, gluten-free, paleo, and low-carb cracker. I wanted something crunchy, satisfying, and made with wholesome ingredients—without sacrificing flavor or texture. After countless trials (and many taste tests!), I finally perfected a cracker that I knew was special.
The warmth of the oven, the aroma of fresh bread, and the joy of creating with my hands—those memories stayed with me. As I grew older and became a wellness coach, hypnotherapist, and yoga instructor, I developed a deep appreciation for nourishing the body in ways that promote overall well-being.
